Service Box is the mobile application specifically dedicated to Assimoco Customers with AutoService Box Assimoco policy and Viasat black box.
Service Box is easy to navigate and full of functions to get even more assistance and services.
Planning and push alerts to not forget car expiration dates. Useful functions for travel and vehicle safety.
Register and you will have many useful services at your smartphone:
SoS Phone: to activate a geolocalized emergency call to the Viasat Operations Center with immediate and punctual identification of the caller's name. This allows immediate assistance to be provided and, if necessary, help to be sent to the scene.
Emergencies: allows you to contact the main assistance numbers (law enforcement, card blocking, roadside assistance, a personalized number, etc.)
Find vehicle: to see the position of your car in relation to where you are.
Expiration Calendar: to view the expiration date of the AutoService Box Assimoco policy on the calendar, renewals of car procedures and you can receive automatic notification alerts.
Speed Control: you can receive alerts if you exceed the preset speed limit
Vehicle Monitoring: you can receive alerts if the vehicle leaves a previously preset area.
Statistics: to consult, month by month, the Km traveled, the statistical data of vehicle use and, in graphic form, the Viasat risk index (IRV).
Children on Board: a specific notification warns the user to check for the possible presence of children in the car.
Notifications: collects all communications and alerts received by the user.
Driving Hours Exceeded: a specific notification warns the user if the daily, weekly and biweekly driving hours are exceeded.
Usage Notes:
You can benefit from the Service Box services and benefits, only after installing the satellite device combined with the AutoService Box Assimoco Policy, which can be purchased in all Assimoco Agencies - Assicurazioni Movimento Cooperativo.
The "Emergency", "Find Vehicle" and "SoS Phone" functions, if not deactivated, continue to use GPS.
Prolonged use of GPS in the background can drastically reduce battery life.
