This app let's my phone become a glorified security device. I can't even carry out local transfers without being told to use the desktop app.

Online account opening procedures are cumbersome and poorly designed, had to do my account opening procedure 4 times to succeed. Such a waste of time. If you can't design an app properly why ask your customers to go through this hellish process

What the hell. Adding the 2 FA / mobile banking token by adopting Biometric Authenication to login the App or website. It is damn troublesome. Decide to cancel the bank account due to such troublesome update for internet banking and mobile banking.
