Shake your device to turn on/off the flashlight. It works even if your device is locked also prevents accidental triggering when your phone is in the pocket. Also, you can adjust shake sensitivity.

Before being able to shake your device to turn on/off the flashlight, you need to open the App for the first time.

*NOTE: May require Camera Permission on the older OS version, as it is required to be able to control Flashlight.

It is absolutely insane that they charge $14.99 PER WEEK (after a 3 day free trial) to remove ads. Fourteen ninety nine. Not a typo. This app used to be reliable but now it's deactivated more often than not. I would be willing to pay a small one time fee or a reasonable yearly fee, but not the predatory price they are asking. Edit: the developer response... Dude, no one should be spending $780 a year on a flashlight app. Seven hundred eighty dollars.

This app works great. It lets me have chop-chop for flashlight on my Samsung that I was used to on my Motorola. That said, leaving a 1-star review because of the predatory pricing. As soon as you launch the app (and seemingly each launch thereafter), it pops up asking you to start a free trial of the ad-free version. That free trial lasts three days and then costs $15/week thereafter. That's over $60/mo, over $700/yr. You can get a great phone for $700! edit: Please, list the valuable features.

Had this for years and loved it, then the ads came. Now about once a week the flashlight refuses to come on until you open the app and watch the ads. I'd willingly pay for the app, but I'm not going to pay $1.99 PER WEEK to get rid of the ads. $2 per week for this is insane; I know that subscriptions are the new revenue model, but be realistic here. This is a great app, but it's not $100+ per year great.
