SharePoint absorbed my tiny Credit Union with the promise of more features and better help. As it turns out, my tiny Credit Union did more for me than SharePoint can on even basic things, which is EMBARRASSING. Apparently, SharePoint only offers slow app login, no way to pay credit cards mobile-y, 30+ minute wait times to speak to representatives, and no responses through the app messaging system. It is frankly offensive how poorly prepared this merge was. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Used to work fine but now won't let me log in with either the password or the fingerprint. Nothing happens when you try logging in. Will change review once resolved. Also, you can't do anything with credit cards in the app.

Can't log into the app. Online takes forever to log in and then says I have no accounts. No notices anywhere to stay the system is down. Terrible practice if your system is down to not have noticed anywhere.
