Frustrating When it worked it worksled brilliantly. But it has logged me out and I have to resign in. However I keep getting an error message saying 'incomplete package' despite putting my details in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but still can not access it. I have contacted the library but no response. So I can't use the app. For an avid reader and supporter of the library service this is very frustrating.

The search has gone wappy. What ever I put in it says, no items have matched my search terms, even books that I have on loan or books that I've got reservations on.. Put in autobiographies and up came, no items matched my search terms. Have uninstalled and reinstalled, turn off/on, restart but still the problem with search. Used Scan ISBN barcode on the book I've have borrowed and up came,no items matched my search terms.

Quite a good app but the lists aren't working. None of the lists I've created are visible on the app, just on web. When I add books to the app's temp list they often aren't there anymore the next time I use the app. I've lost the names of a few books I wanted this way.
