I've been trying to transfer money from my account since I created it and put money inside and they keep telling me, "transaction request failed" or "wrong account details or account id used for request" I can't even buy airtime. I just weak, like this has been the case for over two weeks, I've gone to the branch and it's still the same thing 😩😩😢

this bank is very very useless, I have been trying to login for the past one month, and it's showing me something went wrong! assuming I was only banking with you, I for don die for hunger. any small thing transaction failed. make una just wait make i remove that small money abeg. maybe una plan na to do like cbex. anyway na me do mistake bank with una

it's a good app, but the charge is getting much. The app should at least allow two to three free transfer a day just like others online apps
