This 3rd party unlicensed game is broke in so many ways. The translation is horrible to the point that you cant even determine what some of the missions mean. Curing a patient has about a high chance of not actually curing them. Emergency missions consist of plague victums coming to the hospital and dying 20 seconds later. The money and item drop rate are the worst I've seen in any game yet, prompting you to buy diamonds to expand. In fact, one of the daily missions is to literally buy diamonds!

Would be a great game if upgrades didn't take ages etc. You can't delete rooms which is a pain. And at the moment no patients seem to be going into any of the rooms. And it's absolutely ridiculous that you need lots of gems to expand your hospital. You need to make it easier or nobody will play

Some tasks do not complete even if you complete them. I wasted many gems on buying potted plants for a task and it still said I didn't do it. I think it would also be cool to have a status update of how many patients you've seen so you're not just cluelessly sitting around and waiting. Too much going on. Game not great
