Sivadoc DMS is a dedicated DMS (Document Management System) application, which allows you to manage different types of documents for a specific workflow.
In this way, a user can create a document (purchase request, CV, holiday request, etc.) that, according to a specific purpose, can be used for a particular workflow, supervised by the entities involved in the process.
The user will be permanently in touch with the status of the created document, directly, using the application, or by various notifications (including e-mails or OS notifications).
The documents on the final workflow level will be archived with the possibility of further review.
Users can log into the application after they will make a request the portal administrators in order to obtain their credentials.
