The worst app does fraud with the customer's money I got a refund from a shopping website and they recently added an option that I can transfer my credit to my source account. I selected that option money got debited and the transactions show the amount has been processed successfully but I haven't received any refund in my bank account and it's been two days since I have raised a query about it and no response from them. total fraud don't use it.

The most pathetic experience from a buy now pay later platform. I was granted a certain credit limit & post utilisation of less than 50% of the limit, my account has been blocked for further transactions saying my account would be activated only post payment of the used limit. Is this logical? If I had to pay upfront on the same day, I would have chosen other payment options & not taken your favour for just a few hours. Horrible........

I used to use Simpl due to my sudden unexpected expenses but due to its 15 days payment cycle I am unable to pay it on time coz my salary gets credited on 2nd or 3rd of every month. Then Simpl imposes heavy late fee, it becomes rather very inconvenient and difficult to use Simpl then. I would appreciate if they make payment cycle for 30 or 31 days and reduce the amount of late fees. I think in future I will avoid using this App coz it makes me purchase more than my budget and later regret .
