always had a great experience with Simpl and have consistently paid my dues on time. However, for the past 6-7 months, I've been unable to use Simpl due to a technical error. I have raised multiple support requests and even sent emails, but the issue has still not been resolved. It's disappointing that there's no proper response, and even the customer care number is unavailable, no response in mail, Ihave 7000 limit but unable to use it.
