Ratings and reviews

Downloaded the app yesterday, took 10 minutes to navigate through. Went to pay for my order, and entered my card information, and immediately got refunded. That was due to several ingredients in the bowls being out of stock. This was in the evening for dinner, wasn't happy. Will try again, if the same thing happens again, will delete it permanently!

The first time I used the app, it worked pretty well.The second time, not so much. I entered my order twice. After the second time, and what felt like, endless waiting, it still would not let me check out. We went into the store to place the order and pick it up, which defeats the purpose of the app. I'm wondering now if this was a one off, or if this going to be typical. I'll try it again and may change my rating.

I ONLY gave it 1 ⭐ bc I had to in order to make this review.....My husband is from Thessaloniki and we were VERY excited to try this place so he could have a little authentic taste of home. I can't speak for other locations but the one in North Wilmington, DE was absolutely AWFUL 🤢 The food was still cold, the employees were not knowledgeable about ANY of the dishes offered and most importantly the Gyro was undercooked something terrible.
