Simple Host is the app with the best features to help run your restaurant organized and stress free in the front of house. From dining room customization, online reservations, waitlisting and text communication with your guests, you will be able to keep your restaurant smooth sailing.

Dining Room Customization
You’re able to customize your restaurant rooms to the exact. Up to five rooms available to design. Adjust how many seats are available at each table, and name them.

Servers
Add all waiters/waitresses to your servers list. With a special clock-in clock-out feature you will never be mistaken of who is available to take tables. The server with the least amount of guests will move to the top of your list so you’re aware which server is next to take a table. Two other rotation modes are available.

Reservations
Stay organized and up to date with your reservations coming up. Choose the specific date and time your reservation plans to come. Add the amount of guests, a phone number and any requests needed for your party. Once booked, a reminder text message will let your party be aware of their booking. A second text message can be sent on the day of reservation when the table is ready. Take online reservations just by adding a link onto your website. You can configure all of the dates, times and largest group size from the app.

Waitlist
Keep your evening on track and guests content with the convenient waitlist section. Take parties, any special requests and page your party when their table is ready.

An easy to follow tutorial is available to help you adjust to the app faster. After the 7 day free trial, you will be charged 39.99/month. You will receive 250 paging messages once per month. Choose the texting package that works best for your restaurant!
