A recent update has changed the login process so it is passwordless, which coincided with being unable to log into the app at all, even after clearing the app data and cache, and even after reinstalling. This makes it impossible to take advantage of the discounted pricing in the app. Since this appears to have been a problem for some time, I will be finding a different supplier.

The Android app is now worse than useless. They tried to move to some passwordless login, but every time I enter the code the app just restarts to the original login page. So I cannot use the app at all. This "update" is a major downgrade from the prior version of the app, where I could enter my password and place my order. Don't waste your time until they fix this.

I was having problems using the app to update my mailing address and contacted support. I got a reply right away, which was great! It was suggested that I update the app, I did, and wow, it is so much better! Changing an address is now easy. This is a great company. It is easy to exchange empty cylinders for full ones, the price is good, and customer service is outstanding.
