Ratings and reviews

Lousy application. Payments made through the app doesn't update immediately. It supposedly takes 5-10 mins but end up took more than that. The application is also not user friendly as it needs to be logged in each time when trying to check the status.

Poor UX. After entering my phone number, it asked for a pin. I thought I would receive an SMS with a pin, but this never came. It was only much later that I realise I was supposed to enter a pin I had previously set. Really poor instructions.

As expected, anything remotely related to this current team is sub standard. App crashed on the 1st feature tried and kept rerouting to the same input page on the 2nd feature tried. App is useless if you do not wish to create an account, like maybe because you need singpost service only once every few years
