The mobile version of SkillBox application includes My SkillBox module, which supports the comunication with employee. SkillBox Pocket consist of:
- list of assessed, planned and required skills, along with the possibility of an employee’s assesment proposal,
- the opportunity of making an assessment in terms of the periodic evaluation system, preview of registered events and planned meetings,
- list of alerts and shared documents,
- access to informations about employees qualifications - permissions, trainings, health check-ups and their validity dates,
- the opportunity of submission of a training requests and making an assessment after training.
The purpose of SkillBox Pocket application is an employees access to ongoing feedback about their skills, competences and qualifications.
