About this app

Skills is a service where affiliated municipalities and organizations offer residents a self-governing platform to move forward towards their goals. It can be about getting the job, or the education you want, but also about internal projects for eg skills development.

Skills offers, among other things:
- Activity calendar with both physical and virtual activities
- Registration function for activities
- My planning with meetings and the activities I signed up for
- Your profile, where I post who I am and my experiences
- Meetings and meeting notes
Goals, sub-goals and action plan, where I set my goal
and an action plan so I have support along the way.
- Documents, where I can have, for example, CV available directly in the phone
- Message function where I can chat with supervisors, coaches
and other resources I have in my network.
- Bulletin board with a flow of news and information for you.

Skills give you the opportunity to influence your path to reach your desired goal. By choosing activities yourself and making path choices, it is you who primarily steers your process towards the desired goal. Skills give you the freedom to get closer to your goal anytime, anywhere!
