The gameplay itself and the app development are great. Cashing out can be a hassle, though, and good luck getting support or help with anything. I've tried the chat, but it's an AI chat bot, and I've been waiting 24+ hrs for the agent to connect. I've sent emails to spin sorcery, I even just sent one to the app developer and have gotten into contact with ZERO humans. I received two of my redemptions a few days ago and haven't received the other two, and there seems to be no one able to help.

Where do I begin? Firstly, your app takes forever to load and open. Once it finally does open, the interface is not really very user friendly. The popups for purchase are all expected, of course, but once one pops up, it won't let me exit out of it without just exiting the whole game and starting again. Seeing as how your app is pretty much a copy of at least 2 others, I'm deleting it. Just not worth the effort.

I would have won $170 but no my dumb a$$ had to keep playing and started losing😤 lol I did however stop it around $55 and cashed out, I was skeptical when it didn't show up in account but few days later that money was in my account I was very happy about that. Altho, I will say that it doesn't give much for you to play on. (Free play). I've only been able to spin a few times total since my win. I will only put money into it after I see I can win more than once. Graphics are great.
