Sluice will not display the jobs that are being offered via email until the EXACT same time someone else has taken it (to the second). It simply says that there are zero jobs after I get an email saying there is an opportunity. I am unsure if this is an issue stemming from Android vs. Apple. I've emailed Sluice support a few times and have not received an explanation as to why this has happened repeatedly, nor a solution. Regardless, I personally have missed a lot of work due to this happening.

Hi Richard. I apologize for the difficulties you encountered. Many of our customers broadcast assignments to multiple agents simultaneously, and the first vendor to accept is awarded the order. You can always try the pull-to-refresh feature on the main order listing. Press on the phone screen while dragging down, and then release your finger.

Just terrible. 1000's of dollars, of Notary assignments have been missed because of this app. whenever I receive an email with an assignment, it never gets displayed in the app to accept. I've uninstalled a bunch of times & yet the same old assignment from months ago appears, not allowing new assignments to come thru the app.When does customer service intervene? Many others have said the same as me with no response. The lack of Integrity is on full display here for the whole internet to see

This app is used by a signing company I use. I had issues that were driving me crazy. I came across ClearView Customer Support and reached out for assistance. Patiently, the tech worked with me until I was able to resolve the issue. While I did have an initial issue, the resolution resolved all my issues, and it's working great now.
