I love this app. Might seem a little pricey for some to be a member at £25/year but I think it's great for the quality of the information it has for each species, and I find the audio identifier excellent as often I hear birds I cannot see in woodland near my home. It helps me to recognise the species easily for reoccurring visits. Never had a glitch with using the app, sometimes it's maybe too quick to return back a page but otherwise I intend to keep using.

This app is amazing, I am new to birdwatching and with the help of this app you can identify birds by either sound or a picture - and if you're still not sure you can request help and get a speedy reply ! I have identified so many birds in our garden, it is so exciting to recognise a new species !! I find it highly addictive, you even get awarded medals for good pictures or sound recordings ! Would highly recommend !

I have been very impressed with this app. It has proved to be accurate in identifying birds from their calls whenever I have been able to verify the results, and even picked out all the species when four birds were singing at the same time in woodland. The recent glitch which prevented the app from starting was a pain but has been sorted now, so I am happy to grade the app as five stars.
