I am frustrated that a personal wellness product I purchased was confiscated by customs. This item was intended solely for private use and health-related comfort. I find it unfair and deeply concerning that such private, non-harmful items are criminalized. This violates personal boundaries and contributes to a sense of insecurity. I respectfully request a clear explanation and urge the review of such outdated and invasive policies.

This app didn't work properly for a day so far. Firstly, It asks to log in every time I use this app and it takes too much time to do it because of errors. Secondly, I cannot select country from the list just because there is no country list at all (just the word SELECT instead). Now, I simply cannot log in because of the INTERNAL SERVER ERROR. The app has enormous amount of bugs which have to be fixed as soon as possible, otherwise this makes online shopping very difficult and annoying.

Couldn't get registered using ID. Multiple checkings for "not being a robot" and then it just shows an error. Tried several times in a few days. The result is the same. Works with Asan Imza, but not ID. What is the solution? I can't register my purchases before entering the system, which seems impossible. Dead end.

Dear Jamila Guliyeva, you may have placed your order long ago. The carriers send the data of parcels in foreign warehouses until the 31st of the month, i.e. new orders. To find out which parcel needs to be declared please visit e.customs.gov.az portal, where you will see parcels to be declared.
