Smartpolis is a solution from Grupo Assessor, which aims to be an instrument for the efficiency of public administration, bringing the entity and the citizen closer together, with a special focus on reducing bureaucracy, innovation and digital transformation of municipal services.

The solution centralizes municipal services and gives more autonomy to managers and citizens. The services available on the application allow citizens to request and monitor what is offered by the municipality.

The great feature that Smartpolis has is making the municipality's services available in a single place, generating efficiency and easy access for citizens, also providing an interactive and simplified interface, allowing an innovative experience for citizens.

Bringing digital government guidelines, Smartpolis has numerous services for citizens, such as:

▶ Issuance of 2nd copy of IPTU;
▶ Management Intelligence;
▶ Health services, such as scheduling appointments, exams and vaccines, checking the referral waiting list, checking the availability of medicines and the location of the unit where they are available;
▶ Electronic Document Management (GED), which allows the consultation of digitized documents, contributing to a faster search in the system. It also enables control over access to information, in addition to ensuring security, organization and easy maintenance of data;
▶ Issuance of Debt Clearance Certificate
▶ Electronic Process, which organizes requests for information from citizens, enabling them to monitor the response;
▶ Ombudsman's Office, which allows citizens or the public entity's own administration to monitor and manage their manifestations via the internet, in accordance with Law No. 13,460, of June 26, 2017;
▶ Consultation of school reports, occurrences and class schedules;
▶ In the Sanitation sector, users can check water quality reports, issue debt certificates, simulate consumption and consult readings.
