The Smartroute app offers the following functionality:

∙ Instantly start navigation (Maps, Waze, Maps) to your next stop
∙ Additional delivery information such as number of packages, order comment, etc.
∙ Call directly from the app
∙ Send track & trace notifications to the recipient
∙ Digital packing slips
∙ Scanning packages
∙ Fully adjustable fields
∙ Registration of delivery information (delivered, not at home, other reason)
∙ Registration of proof of delivery by signature and photo
∙ Login per driver
∙ Registration of driven routes, times and waiting times

Some of the above functions are only possible in combination with our (paid) dashboard software. This paid version offers a dashboard in which it is possible to make more extensive plans, whereby a smart distribution of stops can be made among various deployable drivers. In addition, restrictive order or vehicle factors such as time slots, number of packages, volume, etc. can be taken into account. The live screen shows exactly where the drivers are and the customer is always kept informed via Track & Trace.
