The Social Association firmly believes that everyone has equal opportunities to participate in development. Through community organization strategies, let the public understand that the protection of individual rights is based on a reasonable and equal society, and improve the people’s ability to solve problems and cultivate the strength of residents. The Social Association organizes helpless communities to let them understand their rights and strive to improve the unfair social system. Through hundreds of social actions, participants not only rebuild their confidence and dignity, but also unite them to become a force for reforming the unfair social system. In addition, for people and families with urgent daily needs, the Social Association will also provide timely emergency support and social services to help them tide over the difficulties.

The Social Association adheres to the three major principles of "Equality for All", "Advocating Civil Rights" and "Practicing Justice". It promotes civil rights work, develops related work plans, strengthens citizens' self-help and mutual assistance capabilities, and overcomes difficulties. In the years to come, the social association will stick to its beliefs, join hands with grassroots citizens to defend human rights and the rule of law, and jointly develop a benevolent and just society!

社協深信人人皆享有平等參與發展的機會。透過社區組織策略，讓市民明白個人權利的保障是建基於合理平等的社會，並提高人民解決問題的能力，培育居民力量。社協組織無助的社群，讓他們了解自身權益，力求改善不公平的社會制度。透過數以百計的社會行動，不但令參與者重建自信與尊嚴，更令他們團結成為推動改革不公平社會制度的力量。此外，針對有迫切生活需要的人士和家庭，社協亦會為他們提供適時的緊急支援及社會服務，協助他們度過難關。

社協堅持「人人平等」、「倡導民權」、「實踐公義」三大原則，推動民權工作，發展相關工作計劃，加強市民自助互助的能力，克服困境。在未來歲月裡，社協會堅守信念，與基層市民攜手捍衛人權法治，共同開拓仁愛和公義的社會！
