didn't get the promised 25k miles on activation. there is no navigation. activation guide could be more helpful and actually describe a) the sticker you're looking for and b) the reason it NEEDS to have background location access. Tracking works fine, but the miles are a marketing gymmick. The app shows the battery full when the scooter says 3/4, which means it's already at around 30% and won't go much farther.

I just purchased Soflow SO3 2nd Gen and wanted to register it with the app. It asks me for a password straight away which I obviously don't have and I have no chance of registering the scooter. I can't change any settings (speed modes...etc). Customer service is non existent and won't reply to any emails. After I reopened the app, I'm logged out of soflow account and I can't even log back in. It just says "something went wrong"

It's a really good app I had originally rated it 5 stars but due to some bugs I've changed it to 3*. Maps doesn't allow to put in the location where I want to go, it just kind of flashes. And the last 5 or 6 rides it keep disconnecting from the Bluetooth and not saving my rides.. which in turn I'm not getting any eflow points. Once these issues are resolved i would rate it 5/5
