Please CHECK YOUR EMAIL!!!!Ads aren't working so I collect my coins please fix for a higher rating, I have played this game for years ! it still isn't working, said failed to bring ad 😕 I can't even play the game now, this needs fixed immediately!!I don't know what you did to the game but I will not pay again to remove the ads, even if you ever get the ad problem fixed !! I did write you an email and you never answered back, either refund me or take the ads off,I sent proof of payment !!

I think it's an awesome sort ball game. I spend a lot of time and read tons of ads to progress. But for the second time of reaching a high level my watering icon blacks out and can no longer be used. Can't progress. I've emailed customer service both times with no help or good response. After watching thousands of ads to progress to a high level my responses tell me they are run by AI which we know has no common sense. Nothing fixes the problem except reinstalling and starting all over again.

States no ads. Not true. Every 2 or 3 levels you have to watch one. Also the ball sorting has nothing to do with getting the little guy home. You watch ads, get water to grow plants, to watch more ads, to get more water. Play the game in-between watching ads. No point at all. Uninstalling
