Edit: new updates worse. If you click an account to check transactions, shuts down I would give this 4 stars, but the fact that twice a week the servers are down in the morning until 10 AM is pretty annoying. let's you log in and then just sits there loading indefinitely. Twice a month it just won't let you in at all. Do your server resets in the middle of the night, not the morning. If you're going to allow everybody to take my money from my accounts at 5:30 am, I should be able to look at 6 am

App is always crashing. The widget is never working. The widget always gives me an error message telling me my phone is offline when it's not offline. I don't know how many times I've tried to access the app to manage my finances and the app is unaccessible or it's down or there's some sort of error message. It happens more often than it doesn't happen and it's really, really frustrating

The app loaded with some trouble. It works fine. The key to making it work and install easily is to go to the website first and set up your passwords. Update 07/2022 Big shortcoming: you can't program to auto pay New Bal monthly. You must manually pay it but it isn't shown anywhere. You must download the last statement. Requires multiple steps and familiarity with the app idiosyncrasies. You must know to open the three line menu in the upper right. Was there no focus group testing?
