I tried several similar apps. As a lay person, I find more complicated data based apps useless. This is a well designed simple app, giving all the basic information. The only thing I'm missing is more indication/emphasis on health effects. I'm sensitive to flares and push notifications would be VERY useful. Sadly, most apps ignore this aspect of the sun's effect, although many more people are affected by flares, storms and their health effects than radio operators and aurora chasers together!

Love the app which is why I didn't give just one star when I found out read trying to send Google my GPS coordinates and other tracking data every 2 seconds.

I absolutely love this app since I live in an area of the U.S. that gets affected by some of the storms. Love checking daily & getting notifications on big flares & active weather patterns. Highly recommend if you're into solar info like I am.
