With the help of this communication app, Lucardi plans to improve the internal communication between the different departments at the headquarters and the stores throughout the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. With the use of this app the employees will have all needed information, documents, forms and communication tools all gathered in one digital environment. The departments at the headquarters will be able to give updates, assign tasks, process forms and communicate with store employees through this app and vice versa. Furthermore, the app offers employees the opportunity to handle personal matters, such as declarations and leave requests.

The app is not only for formal purposes but employees also have the opportunity to communicate with each other, on work related but fun topics, through the Social Wall integrated in the app.
