The Speaking Clock App is a voice hands-free assistant for everybody especially people with visual disability, with the following features:

- Caller Name Pronunciation
- Clock Pronunciation
- Prayer Time Pronunciation
- Ability to pronounce alarms every time the device opens
- The ability to customize clock notifications for each period, and for week days
- The ability to customize prayer notifications for week days, prayers, and to repeat notifications for one prayer on many intervals
- the ability to set custom volume to be used by the app

Note:
The Power Saver Mode may prevent the app from running in the background or may stop it for some time
If you activate the Power Saver mode, add an exception for the app to work properly

Ratings and reviews

I finally found an app that works for me! All I wanted was a basic app that would speak the time at regular, pre-set intervals without having to restart a timer or reset an alarm, or any other workarounds. But I also wanted an app that doesn't grab loads of data (why do you need my location or access to my photos for me to set a timer for every 20 minutes? You don't). I downloaded 15 apps before finding this one. Massive thank you to the developers.

This app works perfectly, but the tray notification is always on. It should be on only when a reminder is active.

Nice app but should have an option to speak time with proximity sensor gesture.
