Your app is terrible i can't even get a simple OTP to login and the worst part is that your customer service is extremely poor and unresponsive, I indeed made a mistake purchasing this product because now I can't renew my plan over a month now because I can't login on the app or website I should've read the reviews here before purchase cause now I'm as good as one who doesn't have a WiFi connection

Horrible data provider, first of the devices especially the "Evo" battery don't last, they have bad customer service, don't respond to emails nor text by the app, and their warranty is a big scam. No warranty of any sort. My wifi stopped turning on in less than a month and I was told to buy another one. Very bad experience with them, would never recommend!!!

Very complicated. Not simplified. Wastes time. Does not consider simplicity. From KYC to requesting for OTP and having to wait for a few hours.
