Super Admin and Operations:

Super Admin and Operations hold the highest authority within the app, offering complete control and access.
They can effortlessly add new users, whether they belong to the user side or the admin side of the application.
Manage and oversee all user-generated tickets, providing swift updates and assigning statuses like 'Approved' or 'Dismissed.' In the case of dismissal, a mandatory reason must be provided.
Facilitate real-time communication with users through custom notifications via the Firebase Cloud Messaging API.
Special emergency approval privileges are available, ensuring rapid response in critical situations.
Marketing:

The Marketing role specializes in overseeing tickets related to marketing activities, including branding and audits.
CR and Security:

CR and Security roles possess viewing rights, enabling them to monitor approved tickets efficiently.
