I would rate this 0 stars if I could. I have not been able to access my account for months because two step verification doesnt work. I never get the verification email and their support has not and will not fix the issue. I have spoken with 7 chat agents and none of them have fixed the issue, they keep telling me to "wait 24 hours". I have been waiting for 24 hours for the last two weeks.

Don't waste your time! you will never see a repair kit, or get refunded.... the couch could fall completely apart and they will just keep asking for photos have you sent them an album. I will make sure everyone knows what fakes they are

This company is scamming. The item stopped working two years after purchase. I have a three-year protection plan for it. I filed a claim and was given the runaround. Two weeks later, I received no help. I contacted Walmart and got refunded for this useless protection plan. Stay away from SquareTrade by Allstate; it's not worth the headache.
