Standard Work is an app for time study that convert your smartphone in a precision timer that measures time in decimal minutes. This means that you can do straight forward calculation for units of work during a particular period (ex. day, regular shift, weeks, months, etc.).
The app integrates the following features:
-Breaking of operation by element.
-Recording of occasional elements.
-Integration of a skip button to void foreign elements.
- Rating operator performance per element.
- Allows to add a percentage of allowance as applicable.
-Shows in real time the minimum statistical recommended sample size per element.
- Identifies the outliers within the data set of any element to help spot any data that should be investigated.
Once you have performed the study with the app you can share the data thru any of the available sharing channel installed in your phone or just store the data locally.
