Mobile deposit doesn't work, crashes app. I reported this through the chat to SFCU a month ago and was told they hadn't gotten any other complaints, reinstall, try again on a weekday in case "software was down for maintenance". Now I see plenty of others are having this problem and it's still not fixed. If it doesn't get fixed in the next month I may need to close my account and go elsewhere because not being able to deposit checks remotely is going to be a problem when I'm living overseas.

Terrible experience. You check your credit card balence and you cannot pay the card on the same page. You have to do THREE more clicks to pay your credit card. If your payment is bigger than a certain amount, it ask you to approve the payment without telling you how to do it. You want to update your personal information? The app says you need to call them. You call them, they said you need to use online banking. You open up their online banking on your laptop, they say you need to call them.

Just loads forever. I need this app for exactly one reason: to deposit a cheque, and I can't do that now. Edit: The trick is to clear your application cache and data. Leaving this at 1 🌟 because this still needs to be fixed. Edit: Okay... I didn't think the web/desktop version had check deposit because none of my other banks did. You get some stars back for that, Stanford. (thanks!)
