Ratings and reviews

When I open the app, it shows a popup message to upgrade the app and has a update button on it. When I click on that button, it takes me to playstore. But on playstore it just shows 2 options. Uninstall and Open app buttons. THERE IS NO UPDATE button. If I click on Open, then again it takes me back to app where it shows a popup message to upgrade the app. Its a loop. How do you expect us to upgrade ? Do you want us to uninstall and install again? Definitely not a friendly user experience.

Absolutely disappointing! The app is a disaster—constantly crashing and never works properly. Customer care is just as bad; calls disconnect automatically every time I reach out. I tried my best to get a soft copy of my policy through the app, email, and messages but I have not received it. If they can't handle basic app functionality or customer service, how can they be trusted with claims? Very frustrating experience.

I have never seen such a stupid app. It has automatically taken a wrong name and wrong mail address. When I try to edit the same it don't allow me to put my actual first name and last name and says that these are invalid. If I put any name other than my actual name , it accept the same. Further, it don't allow to edit my mail id to the correct one. Customer care is horrible , it always get disconnected automatically.
