- Can view the list of all the tickets generated by all the end users requesting
new assets and raised issues with the assets.
- Can download the data and template files for an asset, asset allocation, and
user lists.
- Can bulk upload the asset list and asset allocation list.
- Can check out assets to the employees and for repair.
- Can check in the assets from employees and vendors.
- Can assign the tickets to yourself or other admin members.
- Can change/update the location of the assets.
- Can view the detailed list of all the assets.
-> User Types: End User
- Can view the profile details.
- Can generate tickets for issues with assets and request new assets.
- Can view the list of all the generated tickets.
- Can view the details of all the assigned assets.
- Can generate the ticket through the contact admin form from the log-in
page if the user cannot log in through the official email id, which is marked
as the “External Ticket”.
