Ratings and reviews

OK for looking up items. The split between "shopping cart" (works for delivery/pickup) and "shopping list" (for in-store shopping) is awkward, especially in conjunction with the website. Using the "shopping list" in-store is also pretty terrible - most clearly, the checkboxes for you to mark when you've found things don't persist - accidentally tap an item on the list and then press back, and all the checks are gone.

for the past several weeks this app has not been working properly. I have uninstalled and installed. Every time I am ready to check out, my total inexplicably changes to $0 and I receive the message. "please try again later.' I have only been able to successfully place orders from a computer which is not convenient. I've been using this app for years. Please fix it.

I downloaded the app a few weeks ago. I liked that I could scan prices of items with the app and look to see what aisle products were located in. Today when trying to search for products, it brings up the items then quickly goes back to the initial Stop and Shop screen and goes back to the home screen.

What’s new

Those of you with a photographic memory will notice some key messaging has been slightly adjusted. For example, the order confirmation screen just got more specific about how long you can update your order. We hope this and other copy changes across the app brings you clarity!

Bugfixes: Our dedicated teams continue working hard to keep the bug count low and the reliability high. Where there’s a bug, there will be a fix.
