I have been using the app now for a year. I have found that you are limited on what you can control on your camera. My camera will only take pictures and send them to the app, even though I have all settings on the camera and the app set to video. There is not a desktop version. There needs to be a desktop version so that changes and pictures can viewed from the desktop as well. There is so much more room to grow, and yet Browning is still behind the times.

Hi Edward! An agent will give you a call today as we have reviewed your account and you can request the video file from the camera via the 'Request Video' button when viewing the thumbnail so someone will walk you through that. Also, we do have a web (desktop) version of the app that can be accessed by going to strikeforcewireless.com!

Was a great app and cameras last year in 2021. This year has not been good at all. I am running 3 of these cams with them set to sync pics 8 times a day. I am lucky if they sync twice throught the day. I am a little irked to have invested in this system at this point. If you asked me last year I would have had nothing but good things to say. Now, i would not recommend this system anyone.

Expensive and unreliable service. I bought a Browining wireless trail cam a few years ago because I I have always had good experience with Browing cameras. The camera has been great, this app and the technical support behind it has been nothing but a headache. Data plans are expensive, especially if you want video. Requests for video and high resolution pictures are often not fulfilled. The requests just dissapear. I have paid dearly for a sevice not rendered. You can do much better!
