Ratings and reviews

I love the UI; it shows the time remaining for tasks and the bubbles fill in as time passes. The energy feature and task suggestions are useful. Con: If something takes longer than expected you have to reschedule everything after it one by one. The slider to adjust the time is controlled with vertical swiping which is also how you close that menu so sometimes it gets closed on accident. But their forum lists drag-and-drop and maybe multi-edit as upcoming features; after that it'll be perfect.

For someone who's trying to find something to build habits, daily, this isn't for me because I can't adjust how often I want a task to repeat. I'd have to put them in everday. Unless I want to buy Pro, but I don't want to spend money on something I'm not even sure I'd to use often. The ui is pretty, the words between tasks are encouraging and motivating to find productive things to do inbetween events. As someone with ADHD, this could b helpful if I had random tasks, but atp I'd use a 🗓 or 📝

This is a great app to walk you through your day when you have a long list of tasks ahead of you throughout the day. The visual overview is excellent and the task creation has ample options. However, I can't bring myself to upgrade to Pro because the Android version of the app is severely underdeveloped compared to the iPhone version. Features like drag-and-drop, calendar import, and Structured AI (all of which are on the iPhone version) are essential in a robust task management app.
