Bare basic. They have no contact info or user account option. I got charged 14.19 for a year subscription and can't even get a hold of somebody to refund the charge. It's sketchy

No way to upload your own pictures , not much of a design app when you have very limited templates in the inventory

It sys it's for sublimation but I can't flip the image unless I download to my phone but then it has a black background and is no good. What am I doing wrong
