Was very excited to get an email stating they finally had an app. Downloaded it quickly and tried to take it out for a spin. Wait times are awful. Just a red loading circle for about 2 minutes. Had to go out and back in to try again. Finally got into my info. Clicked something else only to get the same circle issue again. I will keep using the website for now. Do not want to lose a payment to that circle for sure!

Horrible app. Can't bring up account information and has frozen. Good to see they've replicated their physical experience online (i.e. like the poorly printed physical invoices with the amounts and address placed haphazardly on the page). 😑

App doesn't have hardly anything for customers to actually manage their account or even extra services. It says you're suppose to be able to schedule extra services from the app but it doesn't give you any options. It's one of the worse apps I've ever used.
