In line with the trend of "gamification", this application includes the use of game elements to enhance the motivation and participation of people, especially in those activities that require an effort of the will, such as learning and knowledge acquisition fundamental to prevent, in this case, exposure to carcinogens and avoid the consequences that may have for our health. The video game, based on traditional sudoku rules, contains 9 icons, which replace the numbers and represent 8 agents or carcinogenic risk factors and an icon that reminds that cancer "can be prevented". The application includes the description of all of them, as well as the consequences they can have on our health.

1. Diesel fumes: The fumes generated by the combustion of diesel engines, especially the older ones, are toxic to our body.

2. Solar radiation: The ultra violet rays of the sun can cause skin cancer, solar radiation causes inflammation of the skin cells, causing redness or sunburn. We must protect our skin from exposure.

3. X-rays: although necessary as a diagnostic technique, they are dangerous to health due to their carcinogenic power.

4. Asbestos: Asbestos fibers can cause asbestosis and cancer of the lung and pleura. We must not manipulate asbestos-containing materials, such as fiber cement.

5. Hardwood sawdust: Some wood sawdust can cause cancer in the upper respiratory tract (nasal passages). We must know what types of wood we manipulate and ensure during its handling that the tools and machinery do not release the sawdust into the environment.

6. Crystalline silica: Breathing crystalline silica dust can cause silicosis and lung cancer. Exposure to this agent has been increased recently with the industrial manufacture of quartz agglomerates widely used. We must use tools and machinery that do not generate crystalline silica dust.

7. Carcinogenic products: The carcinogenic chemicals can be identified by always consulting the labels of the containers that contain them, those in which we find a pictogram of the human silhouette and the danger phrase: H350.

8. Tobacco: Tobacco smoke can cause, among others, lung cancer. Smoking is a habit harmful to our health and that of others.

9. It can be prevented: Knowing the carcinogenic agents helps us to prevent exposure to them and to maintain and improve our health and quality of life, it also depends on you.

The objective of the game is to sensitize and acquire knowledge in a simple way and to promote habits to improve our safety, health and well-being, gamification helps us. We encourage you to play!
