About this game

Sudoku Scan&Solve is made for helping you solving Sudoku puzzles. It scans Sudokus from paper or images from your Album. Having scanned a Sudoku you can let it solve single cells, rows, columns or 3x3 boxes, tell you where a number is in a row, column or box, or solve the puzzle as a whole. As Sudoku Scan&Solve can also create Sudokus, you can also just use it as a simple Sudoku App that always tells you if you've made a mistake and helps you when you get stuck.

Ratings and reviews

Cool work. But it sometimes reads 9s as 3s from the wrong angle in scanning. So you may need to adjust some numbers. Which is fine though. Tips to solve it would be cool. There's another sudoku app which allowes to view hints in multiple steps on how to proceed. I'm trying to learn those advanced patterns, but they are quite hard. Thus having a hint to solve would be cool. Instead of directly resolving a number or the whole game.

Excellent results of scanning puzzles, even ones with handwritten numbers. Very accurate scans. Solves puzzles in whole or part, but I sure would appreciate some kind of "hint" function (such as highlighting a square that is immediately solvable).

Finally a Sudoku solver (with scan) that works. The scanned grid needs some editing if handwriting is not perfect (sometimes it shows wrong digit or left blank). Took a few minutes to realize that the eye symbol is used for solving single selected cells. From the similar apps that are out there, this is the best choice.
