What a rip off. I tried to purchase tickets and at first the price looks good. When you get to the end they tack on an extra $15 PER TICKET!! to the original price. I went on the Gametime app and found the exact same seats, actually one row closer, for $30 less. I don't know if it's Ticketmaster, the Suns organization, or the app but try look elsewhere for tickets. The only reason I downloaded the app was to use it to make ticket purchases. 👎

I've never had an issue accepting tickets, until today. I says I've accepted them, but they don't show in my phone. They do show in my laptop under TM, mercury, my-events. I need help getting this fixed! I have pending ticket on Sun & Tue. My ticketmaster & merc app are the same name and pw.

Constantly using battery and location services in the background. Turning off location services as suggested produces random screen pop-ups of the app trying to get location and being denied access.
