You can check the status of our +10,000 ATMs throughout the Republic!
If you want to report a problem with our ATMs or the location where they are located, you can do so in seconds!
We include the option for you to send us a photo of the ATM or location to better understand how to correct it!
Remember that ONLY if you have a critical case, you must indicate it in your report by selecting this option on the screen.
Once reported, you will know step by step the repair of the ATM or the site with compliance SLAs of all the areas that participate in its solution, additionally you will be able to see the repair history of that ATM.
If any area is delayed in its solution, the system automatically escalates the case to the next level!
At the end of each repair, you will receive a notification and you will be able to evaluate the service provided with stars of satisfaction! This will allow us to maintain an internal continuous improvement plan.
You can define "favorite ATMs" so that whenever you enter SuperVisor their location appears!
Service available for companies where we operate payroll and/or have ATMs, branch personnel who intervene in the equipment.
SuperVisor operates 7X24, 365 days a year.
