It doesn't let you make direct payments to a loan from an external bank account and instead you have to make a transfer that takes 4 days and if you overpay, it goes towards next month instead of the principal. The other option is paying on the website, which is not currently (as of 10/4/24) working, so your real option is paying by phone which of course has a fee, why is there a fee, this all reeks of illegal. We need to have an option that allows us to directly pay without a fee, there's NONE!

I've used this bank for years. I've had multiple fraud charges on multiple cards. And they never help me get my money bank. it's always a back and forth with the company. I had over 300 dollars of Uber rides I didn't make stolen from me. I contacted both the bank and Uber. Neither offer me any help despite the evidence I provided. I want my money returned to me

It's ridiculous the number of times I have to sign in to view my account. Twice in a row under normal circumstances and a third time if they ask me to turn on digital ID. Their practices are unscrupulous for paying interest, but that doesn't have anything to do with the app itself. I only keep a small portion of my cash in the account as a result.
