The interface of your app is very poor. I can't connect with customers even when live orders are active, and if there are issues with the menu, customer care support isn't available on time. Additionally, the app automatically logs out during operational hours, and when I try to log back in, it says the OTP and password are incorrect. Not help for me... This is made by few people just to show they are busy working on something... Absolutely no use most of the times the features are either not available or for some ridiculous reason which is convenient for them it's won't work... What pathetic app starts buzzing at 1.30am looking for orders looking for complaints it must've buzzed 10 times

Annoying notification and call. Whenever new order comes before i accept that order in few seconds swiggys automatic call comes. And that auto call comes in early morning also when I was sleeping peacefully. Something complaint against the order they send notification in late night when you are sleeping.
