Ratings and reviews

The site functions well and good for trading crypto but unfortunately the customer service is shocking as it is mostly virtual so if you have a problem it is very difficult to get past the stock answers of the bot. There is a function to raise a ticket which is supported by a live agent but I found it impossible to communicate as my messages always failed to send.

I like the app because it made getting started with crypto way less intimidating. I use Smart Yield every day — it’s simple, and I love seeing my portfolio slowly grow. I was impressed by how clean the design is and how everything just works. No confusing menus, no shady stuff. I’d recommend it to friends and beginners who want to dip their toes into crypto without the usual headaches.

Been using a bunch of crypto apps, but SwissBorg really stands out, even if you are getting into crypto. It's the easily the best FIAT ramp. The support is also really quick in replying, and they really care about the customers. Highly recommended!
