Still trying to work out the point of this app. I can't do anything with it. Everything about switch2 is sh!te, I've been forced to use them for over a year, not received a single bill or any communication or response to enquiries in all that time. I was told my cost would be 7p pkwh, then once installed it increased to 8p, now it's 10p even tho I was told there would definitely not be any price increases. The costs can't have gone up because I've got a heat pump, increasing the price of air?

it used to work perfectly fine until they decided to mess with it months ago and it hasn't worked since. It still says to update the app. I uninstall then reinstall and it still says the same God damn thing. I don't understand why on earth it's taking so bloody long for them to resolve the issue as a whole load of people are experiencing the same problem. Do they not care? When I want to top up I have to call and go through the automated system which is longgggggggg! Fix the app ASAP PLEASE!!!

Rubbish app. Had set to automatic payments, would work for a few weeks then would stop without any warning and I'd have to reset it when i realised. That would every few months from when i first installed years ago. Now I can't even do that. Tells me I have to update app, which I have done and reinstalled numerous times. Now I have to manually pay which is a pain as I have to re enter my card details every time.
