Payment history is not updated for days. It is rather annoying and unusual from a mobilbank not to register payments right away especially because you use it to have an overview of your payments. As a user it is a terrible experience since payments I made 4 days ago are still not registered... I came over from Jysk bank and it has never been an issue. If it is important to you to have an updated payment history, stay away from Sydbank's mobilbank. Ps.: MobilePay is registered in a timely manner.

For a week now i can't make any transfers. It's says will be ready by 19th June . I cannot go and look for a pc always and do transfers. I think it's time to move away...

There are two things I don't like about this bank that pushes me to change my bank. One has something to do with the app the other don't. 1. The app is VERY unresponsive, slow and buggy. And the UI is not up to the latest standards. 2. The whole point of a banking app is to have an overview of your income and expenses. In this bank the whole process is way delayed. You don't get instant notifications about incomes/expenses, even worse they take up to few days even. I rating speaks for itself.
